Privacy
Your trips (dates, countries, notes) stay on this iPhone. No account is required.
Usage stats (screens and product events, never your itinerary) go to PostHog in the EU only if you accept. Crash reports go to Sentry so we can fix the app, also without dates, countries or notes. You can change this in Settings.
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can delete trips in History; uninstalling the app deletes this device’s trips.
Launch notification email list
If you enter your email on this website, we collect only that address. The purpose is to notify you about the Roamspan launch on the App Store and, if you stay subscribed, later news about the app. The legal basis is your consent. We use double opt-in: the address is added only after you confirm the email we send.
The processor is Kit (ConvertKit). Kit may process the address outside your country under its data-processing terms, including standard contractual clauses. You can unsubscribe from any message, or ask for the address to be deleted, at any time by emailing hello@roamspan.app. We keep the address until you unsubscribe or we delete it.
This website list is separate from the app. Trips still stay on your iPhone, and the app still has no account. This section is not legal advice.
Roamspan is a planning tool and is not legal advice or a stay authorisation. Border authorities always have the final decision.
The Entry/Exit System (EES) has been fully operational since 10 April 2026. ETIAS is scheduled for the last quarter of 2026 and the EU has not confirmed the exact day. Roamspan does not replace EES, ETIAS or a visa.
